Refund Policy

At Satya Law Firm, we want you to be confident in engaging us. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are considered. Please read it carefully before making any payment.

A. Refund at the client’s discretion

100% refund window: You are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid if you notify us by email within 1 hour of your payment. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.

Non-refundable once work begins: Once your work has been assigned to a professional (CA, CS, lawyer, engineer or consultant), the order becomes non-refundable in order to protect the integrity of the service.

Non-response: If you do not respond to our emails, calls or messages within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled without refund eligibility.

Consultant approval: Refunds are subject to approval by the assigned consultant. Any dispute between you and the consultant is treated as a private matter, and Satya Law Firm disclaims liability for it.

Your responsibility: You confirm that you understand the applicable government fees, compliance requirements, documentation and infrastructure needed for the service. Professionals may bill for advice and consultation time. If you fail to provide the required information within 7 days, the service may be treated as complete, with the payment obligation remaining.

B. Refund due to inability to provide the service

Regulatory changes: No refund is available where a change in law prevents us from meeting revised requirements. We will first attempt to reassign the work; a refund may be considered after 90 days if the matter remains unresolved.

Government delays: Delays caused by regulators or government agencies are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.

Application rejection: Rejection by a government authority does not make you eligible for a refund. Reapplication will require 60% of the professional fees and 100% of the government fees, plus any travel costs.

Government penalties: Any penalty imposed by an authority is your responsibility; neither the consultant nor Satya Law Firm assumes liability for it.

Platform misuse: Orders placed by agents, intermediaries or unregistered professionals are against our guidelines and will be cancelled without refund.

Documents shared: No refund is available once the service-delivery documents have been shared with you electronically.

Change of mind: No refund is available for cancellations or plan changes initiated by you.
